It is the responsibility of the Bidder to pay for their items at the end of the auction.
if an item is not paid for within 7 days of auction end,
or arrangements for payment have not been made with the seller,
the item will be returned to auction stock. 
You pay via the pay pal button on either the recipients blog or on the CB Auction blog page.
Clicking on that button takes the bidder to the Paypal place just for that cat's auction.
There is a place to leave a comment, and the bidder will put something like"Bugsy & Gracie Auction, Items#20, Beanies $5.00 and #28 Shawl $20.00
Please make sure you always reference your item number when paying.

Bugsy's problems started on October 10th, 2010, when he had a bad UTI and was given a 7-day course of Clavamox. At the moment he started on Clavamox, he started having Diarrhea and has never gotten better. It has now been over 100 days. In these three months we had numerous vet visits, tests, specialized blood tests, several different medicine courses and emergency visit. At this time the end is not in sight yet. Bugsy is now on the last attempt with medications before being referred to a specialist.

Gracie is 12 yrs old and has Hyperthyroid. On Dec. 31, she stopped eating, showing signs of pain in her mouth.  She was taken to the dentist immediately where they found out the problem: the tooth was cracked and so diseased that had created a fistula - a hole in between the mouth and the nose. It was also infected. She had a surgery to have the tooth removed, the bone shaved and a small bone implant put in. The hole was left open to drain. She was expected to have a second surgery to close the fistula, but she beat all odds with amazing results from the first surgery and that will no longer be necessary.
